SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

New clients must schedule through our online scheduling system. New appointments require a credit card to inform and enforce our clients of our 24hr. cancellation policy. Credit cards will not be charged until after services have been rendered. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to scheduling.

If you are inquiring on in-home mobile massage services, scheduling requests can be made via phone or email. Areas of travel include Del Mar, Encinitas, La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach and SantaLuz. Contact us for additional information and pricing.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Unexpected events happen. They just do! In an effort to be considerate and fair for all of our clients and their appointments we have the following policies:

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.

This allows for someone who may greatly need a treatment to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hour advance notice you will be charged $50. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. Our online scheduling service offers email and text message reminders 2-days prior to the service to help avoid miscommunications.

No-shows
Forgetting an appointment or completely neglecting to show up will constitute as a "No Show." The full amount of the appointment will be charged. Please note that we offer email and text reminders as an option to avoid miscommunications and to ensure the appointment is remembered or corrected.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if the schedule allows for the remainder of the treatment. You will be responsible for the full amount of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, plan accordingly and be on time.

If you feel like you are starting to get sick please cancel your appointment. Massage can sometimes worsen symptoms. We completely understand and hope you get better soon!
